Theme..? Hmm... well, I know I'm going to play Nature (Yup! FINALLY chosen. Haha.) and that my starter is going to be white or ice coloured for both her primary and secondary, and will be one I use one of my Imperial Scrolls on (unless I can somehow snag a scroll or something for a Skydancer). Her mate will be something that gives a very broad variety of colours in their offspring. Beyond that I'll probably be sticking to colour themes like the one you see in these forums (browns and creams and whites and golds), blacks with bright colours (think like rave), and whites with brights or pastels.
At some stage I am going to try and aim for an entirely black dragon (not including eyes) and an entirely white dragon (again, not including eyes).

Well, looks like I've been contradicted by Undel on Reddit. Heh, that's painfully humiliating. Thank you for not naming me, Opal. I apologize then, I only personally saw people get the same breed.
Oh well, as windhover said - breedchange scrolls. I hate asymmetry so my starters will both be Tundra one way or the other.

Of course I didn't name names, and you weren't the only one who had it wrong. I had another try to inform me in the comments section as to what it was. No harm done, but I figured it might be nice for everyone to just have it confirmed as to what it is and clear up any confusion. That's all. As for your starters, well, if I happen to get the breed you're after with decent colours to match and it doesn't suit my hopes for my girl's mate, then I'm more than happy to trade my random for yours.  That way you get the same breed without having to purchase a breed-change scroll, as personally I'll probably keep buying or trading dragons till I get a decent mate, and I don't much mind if they're not the same breed. ^^ |

Definitely nicer to have it comfirmed now; I'll be happy when the game starts just so that everything gets answered/settled XD; And thank you for the trade offer, Opal  That's very sweet of you. I actually don't plan for my two primogenitors to be a mating pair anyway, just more of a (reasonably matched) set because you can't trade either - not even the random. That got some of questions in Beta and my girlfriend asked if we couldn't even pay (a considerable sum in) gems to change the random dragon's colors. The only answer is to use a breed change scroll and/or a skin, because you're completely stuck with the random one. The admin said the permanence of those first two was to prevent the possibility of ever having a lair without a male/female pair of dragons. |

New Kids on the Block is my favourite pop-band of 90s. They had so many hits! The ones I remember are 'Tonight', 'Baby, I Believe In You' and their hit 'Step By Step'. These are real masterpieces, not fake like today! And it is awesome they have a tour in 2019! So I'm going to visit New Kids on the Block concert in 2019.
