Just in case someone here doesn't follow Reddit, Undel gave the exact gems costs for skins and accents:

Blueprint (1) - 2000 gems Blueprint (2) - 3000 gems Blueprint (5) - 4000 gems Blueprint (10) - 6500 gems
Accent (1) - 1000 gems Accent (2) - 1500 gems Accent (5) - 2000 gems Accent (10) - 3520 gems

And gem prices are approximately 1 gem = 1 cent with discounts for bigger purchases.

*Note - the multiple packs can't be used individually. Example: The 5 pack will make 5 identical skins/accents, not 5 different skins.
