So my initial goal is to make money by selling my proggies babies. Maybe keep one or two if they look really good, but mostly I want to sell or trade. I think early on in the game I might even go trade only? Unless someone gives a really good offer. Mainly because I want to build a good starting stock for breeding. I won't have a strict colour scheme but I know my favourite combos, which tend to be complimentary opposites like dark red/dark blue and bright blue/bright orange and purple/green or my all time favourite combinations like blue/purple and orange/red. Browns and greens are awesome too. And I want to have mostly guardians and fae. Although I do want a breeding pair of each breed, apart from maybe snapper, unless I find one I reaaaaally like.
Anyway, my secondary goal is to get the perfect mate for my starter prog, which is a mulberry or violet/a blue shade. Then once I have both, I will be using imperial scrolls and will make my first imperial nest. I will only trade the babies at first. I think the true price of imperials will be hard to gauge at first, as many kickstarter backers will have them. Once the site has grown their worth will increase. That is my way of thinking anyway. But will definitely want other baby imperials and wildclaws and such <3
Then my third goal is gene collecting. I want all of my dragons to have at least one gene if not more!
I'm not hugely bothered about familiar collecting or achievements or such. I think I will sort of try to hit achievements if it works with where I'm heading, but I'm not the type who actively works really hard at them :3 I've never really been bothered about hoarding items or such in games either. I'm not really into apparel, a few items I've liked a fair bit, but mostly I find it distracts from the dragon wearing them, so I won't be slapping lots on my dragons, just a few sparse bits that suit the character.
