For my Nature clan, probably You Can hear the cry of the planet' from Final Fantasy VII. I think being nature dragons, they would feel that sort of thing more, especially Hemlock, who travels and would have past through Plague territory. Plus it's a nice slow steady beat, and I don't think my dragons will be ones to rush everywhere, unless they are hunting.

It's really interesting to find other people who narate and load film-like images inside their brains while listening to music ~ Music is pretty much the core of my inspiration, especially artistically.

My favorite thing about this thread so far is YAY NEW MUSIC!! Some of the songs in here I haven't heard before and are really great. I've been trying to narrow down song ideas by style at least for my three main dragons so I can actually go about picking specific songs. I have... a lot of music to pick from... I think for my Mirror (who will be named something falcon-ish) I'd go with this: Haven't You Got Eyes In Your HeadIt's got a great cocky/arrogant vibe to it and has a cheerful upbeat jazzy melodies along with an aggressive metal guitar, which fits perfectly. (Plus, I love the song.) My Guardian (who I'm tentavely considering naming Malura) is proving a little tricky, but right now I kind of like these two. Taku Iwasaki - Training DaysApollo Justice - Start of a New Trial (Orchestra) And I like this as a sort of battle theme for her: Gyakuten Meets Orchestra - CorneredI dunno why, but I seem to have latched onto Ace Attorney music for her soundtrack. XD I certainly have no objection there. For Tan... I feel like he should have something with "pretty" instruments that has an almost chaotic pacing to it, like the erratic path of a butterfly flitting through the air. *starts going through songs* Howl's Moving Castle main theme... Three In The Morning (Aftermath)... Theme to Pandora's Box... All The World In One Girl... Bara no Jubai... October is fun but a little too jazzy... Fullmetal Alchemist Main Theme... OKAY, I have narrowed it down currently to these two for Tanysi! Play The Wind (Homestuck)One Girl In All The World (OC Remix)And I like this one as a battle theme: Portrait (Homestuck)That song is one of my favorites. The time signature! <3 I love unusual time signatures. This one makes a good group battle theme for the three of them, I think~ Taku Iwasaki - FlameAnd this could work well for them normally! Yuki Kajiura - WillFor both of them, Mal is the rhythm and harmonics, giving the triad the stability of the beat and keeping the other two in line; the guitar/drums would be the mirror and the strings and melody lines would be Tan.
