Blue jays have always had a personal significance for me. My grandmother passed away when in my early teen years, and one of her things I insisted on keeping was a little porcelain blue jay. Fast forward years later, and the bird is sadly weathered from time and clumsiness, but still in tact, still very pretty, and always kept in my room.

And now for the stupid sappy part! I met a guy.

He gave me the nickname "Blue Jay" before I even told him about my favorite keepsake. I've known him for two years now, and five months ago, we started going out. Blue jays have been even further cemented as a very special animal to me since then.

SO. My request! All the blue jays! Honestly, I want to collect as many blue jays skins as possible. I'm looking a skin for every breed and gender except Snappers (they just aren't my style, I'm afraid).

I intend to sell accents, and maaaybe some simple skins, upon launch, but I don't feel like I have the skill to achieve the prettiness that I am looking for. However, if someone CAN impress me enough into wanting a blue jay skin they make, I will gladly pay a reasonable sum of Gems for it once I have acquired some.

But I'm picky. Seriously. On the plus side, if you make a blue jay skin but I just don't like it enough to want to pay for it, you can go ahead and sell it to anyone else you want. I have no control over the theme of blue jay skins, I'm just looking to buy some really good ones.

Plenty of pictures for reference on Wikipedia. The subspecies doesn't matter, they're all closely enough the same, just some minor differences in the shades. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Jay

All breeds and genders minus the Snapper. So, whatever the artists are most comfortable with trying. Modified my first post to better reflect that.
