Yesh, another request from me. I'm planning on getting a Corn Snake, so would like a Corn Snake skin on a Spiral dragon, male or female, that's up to you. I will probably have a naming contest for it as well, when I get some good prizes. I'd prefer the orangey colouring of the corn snake, like this: www.valueaquatics.co.uk/userfiles/image/corn%20snake.jpgI'll probably pay for this in Treasure or gems, so you're welcome to hang on to the finished version until I'm able to pay up. Or you can wait for me to get a random egg, but that might take longer. |

My brother had a corn snake. I was almost warming up to the little guy when he got lost in the house and was never found...
Now the brat got some nasty boa-looking thing that always tries to bite them when they feed it. So much for getting over my snake phobia!
Anyway. It seems like, minus the texture, it could be something I could pull off. Just some nice, thick circles and two-tone colors, plus an underbelly. Nothing complex in the coloration.
The scale texture, however, will be my weakest point if I attempt this. I have no idea if I could make something decent looking.

You can always try, and I bet it would look fabulous even without the scale texture, I didn't actually think about that, so if you can't do it, don't worry.

Alright, once I finish my tribal, I'll try this one out and see what I can do. Even if someone else beats me to the punch, I may make my own version, just because it'll give me another skin to sell and trade after launch.

Edit: I've decided to darken and yellow the underbelly more, and make the orange a little more vibrant. But I could still use your opinion on the wings. Then I can post an updated preview once I've gotten a bit farther along. Eh, I started doing these anyway. Lol. Decided to just do both genders, cus they should take the same amount of work. I just wanted to check, I have the most basic colors down to get the picture. There's still gray patches, I just haven't gotten to those yet. What I wanted to check is, do you like the wings being the same color as the underbelly, or would you prefer they be orange or black?   |

Sorry for the delay, but I haven't been drawing too much lately. I did make some progress on both skins, but the male is farther along, so I'll just post him up for now. I've got the colors down, and I'm starting the markings. They'll be rough in the beginning, but once I have all of them down, I'll start improving them.  |
