Hello all! Please call me Jen or JC - whatever suits your fancy. Since lurking is impolite and unfitting of a member of the Light Flight, I'd decided to introduce myself. I suffer from an deplorable excess of curiosity, free time, and the desire to meddle be of assistance. I'm afraid I'm not very good at idle conversations but I was a beta player and will be happy to speak up if there is any information I can offer. I really loved the close and friendly atmosphere of beta, so I'd like to spread those feelings around. Flight Rising was a real treat: relaxed, generally fair or even altruistic players, and the competition is only so much as you want to participate in it. So, other than that I'm a big fan of fantasy books, arts and crafts, trivia, animals, music, etc  I don't like Reddit's format, so I'm hanging around here til FR opens! Pleasure to meet you! |

Nice to meet you. It'll be nice to finally have a Beta member around, especially one who's willing to help. The guests have been helpful too, of course, but you never know who you own a thanks to.

Most of those guest replies were probably me. I'm the one who answered the Imperial breeding one this morning, but it was getting a bit ridiculous to stay anon.

Hi Jen! Nice to meet you! I feel the same way, I havent been in beta, but from lurking the forums I notices that everybody is very friendly, and you will find the same here! A lot of friendly and helpful people! So you'll probably like it here! What is it about the format of reddit that you doing like? (out of curiousity)

Nice to meet you too, Gaea <3 Part of it is I've never used reddit before, but the layout of any forum is more structured and divided out so I can follow the words, topic, and who said what better. On reddit I was constantly hitting the wrong buttons and having to go back or edit.  |

Yeah, Reddit is pretty different from your standard forum. I got a handle on how to use it eventually, but I still prefer a site like this until FR's release and true forum.

That is exactly why Opal went away and created this, both me and her just could not follow the Reddit and thought a forum should have proper organisation. But hi! ^-^ Im one of...wait...the only...haha...moderator here. I am super friendly even thought I lack your Beta awesomeness.
We have a super friendly atmosphere here and hopefully we will all be on each others friends list when Flight Rising does come out for us all

I havent got much experience with forums before, so I cannot really judge, tho I have to say this forum has a better overview, where you dont have to remember yourself where you posted something to see if someone replied.. lol! Anyways, nice to have you here!  Its becoming to get busier here! ;D |

Just poking in to say that I am currently without net connection and getting together the money to pay the bill is proving much harder than anticipated >_>; Missin' out on all the pre-game frenzy, but still hoping to have it back up for the (headstart) opening!
