My name is Harpy, I sometimes go by the name of Harpoona too, Im on various sites, and hope to be a member of Flight Rising when it opens. I think you can guess I am into Dr Who and therefore a lover of Sci Fi. You may also have guessed that I am a Pokemon fan. I also like Sherlock Holmes, Tintin, Moomins, NCIS, CSI, drawing, sometimes writing and knitting and crocheting.
I'm also a fan of the violin and Andre Rieu. I would love to see him in real life, his concerts look like so much fun.
I'm also an avid reader, and have a lot of books, my current book I am reading is 'Samurai William' about the opening up of Japan to Europeans, I love history and Japan.
I of course also love mythology and Dragons.

Harpy, my dear, you seem to be named after my favorite creature to hunt in MMOs, ever since a strange turn of events I shared with a friend in WoW... in which I decided it would be fun to go to low-level enemy territory and just clear out a whole spawn area of harpies with my mage while yelling (capslock typing) the most random of things.  My friend was very amused, so it was a fun day. It has since become a running joke among my friends whenever we play a game together and I see a harpy. |

Hahah, nah, I think I can just trust the Coliseum if I feel any urges.  How did you go about getting the name Harpy, if I may ask? I'm just curious. Is it a short version of Harpoona or one of your favorite mythological creatures? |

*wipes brow* phew. Well, when I first started on the internet years ago, I joined Neopets (this was in the late 90s, when Neopets was good), I'm a fan of the Marx Brothers, so gave myself the username of Harpo49, and when I started RPing, my character as called Harpo, then I thought I would change it so I was mistaken for a boy, I remember seeing a company called Chica, which reminded me of Chico, but Harpa didn't sound right. Harpy did however, then a part of me thought I had heard that somewhere before, because I had forgotten about Harpies. xD But it stuck, and I think of Harpo and harps more then I think of the mythical creature (plus some people usually spell them has Harpie instead..). Though when I saw about the Harpy's Roost on Tumblr, I thought I got my own roost  so disappointed xD Sorry if it's long winded. xP |

Ahh, nice evolution of a username there. Lol, I can understand the forgetting of the mythological harpies, though. Unless you got into Yu-gi-oh when that thing was a hit, they've never seemed very prominent or memorable compared to other crazy creatures out there. Sorry about the roost. xD But I'm sure the other harpies would make some room for ya. |

I've only seen the fez on a spiral dragon, I don't know if you saw him, he was called 'Doctor' and even had the suit and bow-tie, so can't really make much of a choice. Though it looks very handsome on a spiral.
