Hey there guys! After quite a few people have suggested it I decided I'd make a little thread for users to post photos of themselves, be it just their regular-selves, them cosplaying or their face with some form of fake moustache on it. I'll be updating this once my hair is finished and I've done a trial run of my costume for SupaNova. :3 Also. A few ground rules: 1 ) Play nice. Seriously. If I catch ANYONE making fun of anyone else for their photos or how they look ect I will come down harshly on you. This is something I take very seriously, guys. This is to be a place where everyone and anyone can post a pic or a little about them and they can be accepted. I don't care if it's only myself who's doing the acceptance thing, but if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. 2 ) Have fun and make new friends.  3 ) Keep it classy people! I'll be brave! What I look like on a good day:  My preferred method of travel and style of dress! Unfortunately had to set aside this life for college. The mare is Brinn, a good solid grade paint and built like a tank. She's in a friend's hunting string now. Helmet is for protection from branches  I kept getting sent after cattle in the swamps and thickets. Cosplay: Sakuracon 2012  No real character- just wanted to make a cool mask and learn some sewing, so I spent spring break making the two kimonos for the heck of it. Got an awesome positive response! I had about a dozen people ask what show or game I was from and received many complements. It was my first time in costume, so very encouraging- especially for an original character, as they get less love than more recognizable character cosplays. Sakuracon 2013:  Cosplaying as an original character from an art-based narrative I wrote once. Mostly just so I could learn to sew epic red trenchcoats and wear them in public. Also got a strong positive response! If you are thinking of cosplaying at your local convention, by all means do! I love wearing full face masks because you see so much from behind one! People don't censor their facial expressions when they're looking at you and you don't have to worry about having something stuck in your teeth or a zit on your forehead Cons tend to be extremely supportive of you being exactly who you please- the wilder, the better the response! |

 Here is a picture of me trying on my Victorian style jacket and a top that is too small ;-;. Yes that is a map of Middle Earth behind me, we also have a picture of the fellowship, which is all shiny, you can see a corner of it. If I was ever to do cosplay, it would probably be Victorian/Steampunk (I want to go to a Sherlock Holmes Society of London event and dress up ;-; I am a member, just..expenses and opportunity.) |

Me in my one-of-a-kind awesome purple jacket, it's got lots of frills and nice cuffs and is sort of victorian-fairy? Haha  Haha since you're all doing cosplay pictures, here is me getting ready for an Alice in Wonderland tea party! I would show LARP pictures but unfortunately none of them are that great. This is, like, the only picture from my webcam that doesn't look like shit. I'm not much for getting my picture taken, so no real photos from cameras.  Was trying to test how my hair would look in a ponytail with the hairstyle I had til this year. Two different lengths, long in the front, short in the back. Maybe like, almost two years old, but I hardly look any different now.  This one's horrible, but more recent. It's when I dyed the back of my hair blue. I did really like that. Still had the two different lengths, so I left my longer bangs blonde. Kal; I like the cosplay work. The jacket in the third photo looks great! Harpy; Another nice jacket. I wish I had something Victorian like that. Sky; Lovely pictures~ I want a plush tail like that. Lol, it looks so fluffy. Universal; You've got some crazy clothes. xD And the purple jacket, I love it. I happen to have a kind of collection of jackets. Frilly, baggy, skull-hooded, fuzzy on the inside, striped, etc. >_> I dunno, it's just one of my favorite articles of clothing. |

Welp, it's me! For the sake of posting I am putting up this photo taken this morning with my hair half straightened XD Just so you all can see, I will post a photo of my full outfit and better view of my hair later. Just really saving a post haha  and now how I look for Supanova, creeped out? Even a lil?  |

Paradoxical Blue : Oddly enough you look like the younger sister of one of my friends... universalchild : Ooooooh my goooodddssss!!!  You're so pretty and cute and just!! *squeeflails* >u< Oooooh!! And your smile in that second picture! So jeellllyyyyy wow : Where's my sundae!? Haha, no seriously though! Programming + food + drums/music = wicked combo indeed! 10 points! Level up!! -bloopbloopbloop-!!! Aaaand I was a bit of a doofus and forgot to take a fullbody picture of me in my little costume, but I now have a splitting headache, so here's a couple of pictures of how Opal chills and relaxes ; In a dark room with her laptop, some music and/or TV shows/movies and a hot shower. And yes, I am god awful tired with a killer headache and I had to scrub every inch of that darn white body makeup off >A<; Not as fun to get off as it was to put on.

@opal; Gotta love your hair colours! My hair is close to black so colouring wont really work unless I uncolour it first (bleaching it is called I believe) , but that just kills it and makes it dry and even more untameable.. On a bad hair day (pretty much every day of the week) I look like an escape (MALE!!) lion xD
